Belden Inc. their American office, contacted Atellier Studio for their requirement of 3D Product rendering services as part of their system upgrades Belden was creating PIM (Product Information Management). This system will serve as a product encyclopedia and store all Information about the product and its manufacturing process. And they contacted Atellier Studio to generate photo-realistic 3D Product Images for the PIM system. At first, we made contract for 100 products, and at the end, we ended up creating 3D Images for 240 products. For PIM, one HD Image of the product is embedded from a particular angle.

When Belden’s PIM team came up with 3D Product, What is 3D Product rendering? image requirements, they searched Google, came across our website, and were impressed with the quality of work we delivered. Before making an inquiry they have gone through our product our portfolio. They have shared an email with requirements.They have two predominant requirements. One was that images should be high quality and realistic images, and the second was that they had limited time for PIM final delivery.
Once we studied their requirements and product in detailed we replied them with timeline and costing.Once they received we have arranged a call with their PIM team to understand details. Their PIM team has concern as regarding communication and time Gap in working hours of both Parties as it was bulk requirements. We assured their team that Atellier Studio works around the clock and we make sure that we are available for meeting in any timezone. After 13 years of experience we have created an effective communication process which a dedicated team handle so their are no loopholes.
Plan We Implemented
We appointed dedicated SPOC for the belden team who was available at USA time zone and responsible for all data collection and final output deliveries.
Once We started receiving files in quantity we designed a customized CRM so we dont miss on anything.
Belden has provided CAD models of the product. For few older products CAD was not available so we created model from the Images or sketches they provided.
Once Model was inn with the Texture details we started working on it and shared 1st cut of Images for approval in batch of 10.
Client use to share feedback via email. Proudly we would like to mention that most of our models need less than 1 revision.
